Beginners Landscape Photography Workshop
Lake District - 22nd August 2021
This workshop will be situated in the Lake District National Park and is for people who are just starting on their photography journey.
The day will begin with an introduction to the beauty of the Lake District National Park. The plan will be to visit a number of stunning locations throughout the day concentrating on the Central Region of the park. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to get a variety of images from the grand vista to more artistic shots involving water. This can be a truly magical place.
During the day we will not be confining ourselves to just one location and will move around to make the most of the light and conditions. This approach will allow for more flexibility depending on the current weather and the capability of the group. Transport during the day will be provided.
Help and advice will be given to all participants as a group and also individually on a 1-2-1 basis throughout the day. Including advice on composition, camera settings, lens choice and the use of filters. I strongly encourage all participants to ask as many questions as they want, as I am there to help. The best way to learn is to get out there and experience the wonders that great locations can offer.
Price: £120.00 Inclusive of VAT per person
Included: 1-2-1 Tuition in a small group with Iain, transport during the day,
Not Included: Transport to and from the location, parking fees, any accommodation or meals, travel and camera insurance.
What to bring with you: Camera, Lenses, Tripod, cable shutter release and filters if you have them, spare batteries, memory cards and a packed lunch. We are going to be in the hills and fells of the Lake District so the weather can change quickly, therefore please bring suitable warm waterproof clothing, walking boots/wellies if you have them.
Fitness: Only mild fitness is required for this workshop.
